Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AppCode Reskin ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, uploading a project, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

AppCode Reskin provides:

• Visual app reskin tools.
• Automated SDK installation.
• Project analysis.
• Project transformation.
• ZIP generation.
• Design customization.
• Cross-platform support (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Capacitor, Cordova, Ionic, Web).

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service you agree that:

• You own, or have obtained valid authorization to use, all uploaded applications, websites, source code, assets, trademarks, logos, fonts, and any other content.
• You are solely responsible for complying with Google Play, Apple App Store, and any other third-party platform policies, including review guidelines and developer agreements.
• You are solely responsible for the legality of your apps, content, and the way in which they are distributed.
• You will keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for, or in connection with:

• Illegal content of any nature.
• Copyright infringement.
• Trademark infringement.
• Malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Unauthorized reskinning of third-party apps you do not own or are not licensed to modify.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized analysis of the AppCode Reskin Platform.
• Abuse of the Service, including bypassing limits, scraping, or interfering with normal operation.

4. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded projects, source code, assets, and content.
• AppCode Reskin retains ownership of the Platform, the SDK, the software, the user interface, the underlying technology and infrastructure, and all related intellectual property.
• The SDK and Platform software may not be copied, redistributed, sublicensed, or resold without our prior written permission.

5. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Successful publication on Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Approval by app stores or any other distribution channel.
• Compatibility with all frameworks.
• Compatibility with all devices.
• Error-free operation.
• Continuous availability or uninterrupted access.
• Successful SDK injection in every project.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall AppCode Reskin, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, or partners be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue.
• Business interruption.
• App store rejection or removal.
• Data loss.
• Source code corruption.
• Project incompatibility.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our maximum aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the user to AppCode Reskin during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppCode Reskin and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you upload or generate; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

8. Developer Protection System

AppCode Reskin includes automated project analysis and developer protection mechanisms intended to improve compatibility, validate WebView configuration, and reduce integration errors. However, these systems do not guarantee successful deployment, store approval, or publication of any kind. Use of these tools does not relieve you of the responsibilities described in Section 2.

9. Subscription, Slots and Payments

Some features require a paid plan or the purchase of platform "slots" (Android, iOS, or Bundle). Pricing, discounts, and coupon rules are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, infringed third-party rights, or created risk or possible legal exposure for us. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating AppCode Reskin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where applicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
