This Privacy Policy describes how AppCode Reskin ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access or use our website, applications, SDK, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), preferred language, and any optional profile details you choose to provide. Authentication metadata required to keep your account secure is also stored.

1.2 Uploaded Files and Projects

The Service allows you to upload URLs, web applications, ZIP packages, source code archives (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Capacitor, Cordova, Ionic, and similar frameworks), screenshots, images, fonts, and other assets needed to perform a reskin. Uploaded ZIP files, projects, screenshots, and generated builds may be temporarily stored for processing purposes.

Temporary project files may be automatically deleted after a retention period (currently 30 days from upload or generation, subject to change), unless a longer retention is legally required or explicitly requested by you.

1.3 Usage Analytics

We collect anonymized technical information such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address (truncated where possible), pages visited, features used, error traces, and performance metrics. This information is used to operate, improve, and secure the Platform.

1.4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the Service performs. See our Cookie Policy for details.

1.5 Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We retain only minimal information needed to issue invoices, recognize subscriptions, prevent fraud, and comply with tax and accounting obligations.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts against unauthorized access.
• Process uploaded projects, generate reskinned builds, inject the SDK, and deliver downloads.
• Run automated analysis systems to inspect project structure, frameworks, WebViews, and compatibility.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, slot inventory and invoices.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices.
• Detect, prevent and investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents and policy violations.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Retention

Account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. Uploaded projects, generated ZIP builds, and temporary processing artifacts are subject to an automatic retention period (currently 30 days) after which they are permanently deleted from our storage. Billing records, invoices, and other documents required by law are retained for the period mandated by applicable regulations.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access controls, role-based permissions, password hashing, and audited backend infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

5. User Rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for EU/EEA users and the UK GDPR for UK users), you may have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the contact address below and are processed within statutory deadlines.

6. Ownership of Uploaded Content

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have all rights and permissions to upload project files and content.
• AppCode Reskin does not claim ownership over uploaded projects.
• By using the Service, users grant AppCode Reskin a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license solely for processing, analysis, SDK injection, build generation, storage, and operation of the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with selected third-party providers, which may include Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Cloudflare (CDN, edge runtime), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google Analytics or equivalent analytics tools, Lovable AI Gateway, and OAuth providers. These third parties process data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies.

8. International Transfers

AppCode Reskin operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
